Refund policy
RETURNS
We hope that you will love your purchases. However, if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in an unused, resalable condition, as you received it, along with your confirmation of order/receipt, within 30 days of despatch. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email at admin@crushed-linen.com, and we will endeavour to answer any queries you may have. Your statutory rights are not affected.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty.
To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to: Aramex Nederland BV, Attn. Return Center SAGIATT, Fokkerweg 300, 1438 AN OUDE MEER, The Netherlands. For your peace of mind, please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of posting). If you receive a refund, delivery/shipping costs will be deducted as these are not refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this, and have still not received your refund yet, please contact admin@crushed-linen.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), send us an email at admin@crushed-linen.com. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it when the first item arrives back with us. We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive exchange item.
Please note, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Again, for your own peace of mind, please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of posting). Delivery/shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
