PLACE AN ORDER WITH US

We will gather all the information we need to process your order.  For example: name, email, postal address, billing address, card number or other payment method details, contact phone number.  We only use your email address and/or contact number to contact you with information regarding your order that has been placed with us.  We also capture your IP address (for fraud check purposes).  When you first place an order online, you will also be given the option to opt for email marketing.  We would like to contact you by email to let you know of our new collections and any offers we may be running.  You can opt out of email marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email, or by contacting customer services. 

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase.

DELIVERY

We will deliver the ordered items in accordance with the delivery option selected by you.  Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.  Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries.  However you will only incur one delivery charge.  Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by Custom Authorities at any time.
